Party Tyme Catering was started by my father Francis VandenBosch over 35 years ago, My father was in the meat business all his life, My brother and I also grew up in the butcher shop ,I was cutting meat as soon as I could see the top of the table. In the 80's when your local grocery store turned into a large shopping center the meat business struggled, My father set his eyes on cooking pigs and ox roasts, and we did many ! Then we started doing the side dishes and deserts for many big parties 500-600 people, we were very busy, but my father had an untimely death at age 46. After dealing with his passing I decided to build my own cooker which I did, and it started all over again.
