Party Tyme Catering

Party Tyme Catering was started by my father Francis VandenBosch over 25 years ago. Dad was in the meat business all his life. As my brother and I grew up in the butcher shop working by his side. I was cutting meat as soon as I could see the top of the table! In the eighties, when the local grocery stores turned into large shopping centers, the meat business struggled. Because of that, Dad started roasting pigs and oxen, and we did many! Then we started doing the side dishes and desserts for big parties of 500-600 people. We had a good business but my father had an untimely death at age 46. After dealing with his passing, I decided to build my own cooker and it started all over again. Our business is run by my wife Donna and I with a little help from our family. We enjoy doing weddings, company functions, family parties or any gathering large or small. We now have two all stainless pig roasters that are always busy. All of are food is cooked from scratch, from Hors D’oeuvres to desserts and everything in between. We are a full service catering business which thrives on quality food, the cleanest possible conditions for cooking and presentation.
